From Construction to Confections Before I was working with buttercream, I was working in construction contracting—a world that taught me the value of structure, detail, and strong foundations (in more ways than one). That same eye for design and functionality now lives in every tier, swirl, and sprinkle of what I do. I’ve also worked in food service, and those years gave me a deep respect for craft, flavor, and what it means to truly serve people.
